Shocking Civil Rights Violation Discovered in DuPage County Elections.

In the Illinois Constitution, there are basic rights that are guaranteed to all Illinois citizens when it comes to voting, but one in particular is being violated in DuPage County.
SECTION 4. ELECTION LAWS “The General Assembly by law shall define permanent residence for voting purposes, insure secrecy of voting and the integrity of the election process, and facilitate registration and voting by all qualified persons.”
“INSURE SECRECY OF VOTING”
The secret ballot is not only a very important foundational principle of our democratic process of elections in the United States, but also most democracies worldwide. It is a significant part of our election law signed to ensure voters can cast their choices (ballot) without fear of intimidation, coercion, retaliation, or vote-buying—issues that had plagued earlier systems of public or voice-voting in the 19th century.
We are ALL guaranteed that our vote is and will be kept secret by the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
But what if the secrecy of voting is NOT happening? Then, what?
Recently, Election NARK was approached by a citizen’s group in DuPage County who conducted an audit of the election results tapes following the 2025 Municipal elections. The audit revealed a massive flaw in the voting procedure. It also revealed violations of the election laws related to DuPage citizens when it came to the secrecy of voting, especially for citizens that voted at “voting centers” through the “Vote Anywhere” program.
Inside this bill came big changes as it related to elections in Illinois including permanent vote-by-mail, voting at jails, and curbside voting. All HORRIFIC ideas. They claimed this was all about voting rights and providing better or easier ways for voters to vote. However, it seems whenever politicians try to make you feel like these changes are for improving the rights of citizens, other civil rights get trampled in the process. That’s exactly what happened in DuPage County as well.
The Senate Bill #825 signed into law by Governor Pritzker in 2021, stated that our local election authorities must establish “one location where all voters in its jurisdiction are allowed to vote on Election Day during polling place hours, regardless of the precinct in which they are registered” or at a “voting center”.
VOTING AT A VOTING CENTER EXPOSES SECRECY OF VOTING VIOLATIONS!
VOTE ANYWHERE. Convenient maybe, but it comes with MAJOR problems!
Most DuPage County voters really had no idea what had just been unleashed on them.
Let’s walk through voting in-person, prior to the implementation of the “Vote Anywhere” program and voting centers.
First, as a legal citizen or voter in DuPage County you would go to your assigned precinct’s polling place, based on your legal residential address and cast your vote along with about a thousand or 1500 others from your same precinct. Your fellow neighbors, also legal citizens of the same precinct, are also voting on the same style of ballot with the same candidates listed on the ballot. Your ballot (and votes) were anonymous once you placed it in the ballot box or feed it through the scanner, since hundreds of others from the same precinct just cast their votes on the same style ballot with the same choice of candidates.
But then came “Vote Anywhere”… Let’s say you decided to vote near your office or work, instead of in your regular assigned precinct based on your legal residence or address.
You drove to the polling location near work. Your unique ballot was printed with the candidates on it that were the same choices in your regular precinct (based on your legal residence or address).
However with “Vote Anywhere”, this scenario occurred. Since you were 20 miles from your precinct, not one other person at that polling place had the same ballot style or choices of candidates as you. Not one other person voted for JOHN SMITH for MAYOR because they didn’t have JOHN SMITH on the ballot, only YOU DID. There was NOT one other ballot in the ballot box with those candidates that you just voted for.
Your ballot was unique to you and your local precinct. In other words, your ballot was different from those in THAT precinct close to your work, because let’s face it MOST CITIZENS STILL VOTE IN THEIR LOCAL PRECINCT WHERE THEY RESIDE! Do you see the problem???

SECRECY OF VOTING VIOLATIONS: HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?
To understand how this is happening, we must first go back to 2021, when a new election law was amended through Senate Bill #825.

Inside this bill came big changes as it related to elections in Illinois including permanent vote-by-mail, voting at jails, and curbside voting. All HORRIFIC ideas. Here’s how:

On 6/27/2022, DuPage County Clerk, Jean Kaczmarek, stated in a virtual interview that DuPage County had a brand-new on-demand voting system by Hart InterCivic called the “Vote Anywhere” program – which will make elections easier for everyone. Here’s her quote regarding the “Vote Anywhere” program:
“The program makes it so voters can cast their ballot at any polling place in DuPage County – instead of just one specific assigned precinct polling place.” VOTE ANYWHERE. Convenient maybe, but it comes with MAJOR problems!

This is an actual example of what your vote looked like on an election results/poll tape or a canvass, if you were someone who voted outside your regular precinct from where you reside, where no one else had that same ballot style or candidates like you:
YOUR VOTES STICK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB! Your ballot and the secrecy of your voting was thrown out the window. Super violations of YOUR Civil Rights when it came to your election in DuPage County in 2025!
Your votes and choices were seen as CLEAR AS DAY!!!!
Your Constitutional rights that guarantee your secrecy of voting are GONE!
Any election worker, election official or anyone who did an audit could see who YOU cast a vote for in DuPage County using the “Vote Anywhere” program with elections in 2025.
Maybe THIS was the REAL reason why the DuPage County Clerk, Jean Kaczmarek stopped giving out poll tapes (results of each race) to poll watchers
As reported by Election Nark: In the 2023 Primary, with no prior warning, poll watchers were shown a letter from the County Clerk that instructed Election Judges that they were no longer allowed to print tapes for poll watchers at the end of election night like they had always done according to the Illinois Election State Statutes.
Were the DuPage County Election Officials trying to hide the fact that our privacy or the secrecy of our vote was compromised using the Hart InterCivic’s “Vote Anywhere” system?
With over 200 polling places to choose from in DuPage County, THIS happened hundreds of times and 1000’s of people had their Civil Rights, their right to privacy or secrecy of the ballot and their votes, violated in the 2025 Municipal election alone. And guess what? THIS violation of YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS has been going on since at least 2022 in DuPage County and others!
Why? Because when Governor Pritzker signed SB#825 (Public Act 102-0015) and allowed for at least one voting center in every county, how many other citizens in other counties had these same violations of their civil rights – their right to secrecy of the ballot exposed? How many other citizens’ votes were exposed?
This is an URGENT matter that NEEDS to be corrected ASAP!!!!!
‘We the People’ cannot allow “Vote Anywhere” to be utilized in ONE more Primary or ONE more General election!!!
It is time to REMOVE the machines and REMOVE the systems that cause these violations of our CIVIL RIGHTS and bring the elections back to the local precincts where it is the responsibility of the local citizens to verify the actual results.
It is time to give ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ back our privacy to vote and hold those accountable who have violated our Constitutional Rights and Civil Rights!

If you still believe that in our municipal elections in April 2025, 222 of 280 Democrats won by a 79% margin – you SERIOUSLY need to WAKE UP! The reason we are a “blue” state is because of gerrymandered districts and election fraud.
